		<description>The efficiency of the courier is inversely proportional to the urgency of the delivery! This is probably a variation of Murphy&#039;s law.

Normal mail gets there overnight and express letters get lost, or in your case not even leave the house! I have many simialr experiences, incl. one where the website interface told me the documents were awaiting collection for 3 weeks and it turned out they forgot to scan it when it was delivered!! It caused me HUGE distress!!</description>
