Interesting observation at Wachovia Bank today.

So I was waiting in a ridiculously long line at my local Wachovia yesterday. There were only 2 tellers working yet I noticed 3 tellers behind their windows. So I glanced over at the teller that wasn’t serving customers to see what she was up to. She had a huge stack of deposit envelopes and was opening them one by one, counting the cash, and then typing the information into her computer. I was like “what the?” I’ve always heard these envelopes get opened in a special room where at least two people are present and whatnot. I’m not saying she’s stealing money or anything but the potential is there if she’s really slick.
