Whoever the people are in charge of marketing over at Mars Inc. for m&ms are pure genius. Their commercials generally make me happy. Here’s a bunch of commercials I feel like sharing for the friday unwind.

The Friday Unwind is back after being gone for almost a month. Thanks for the e-mails requesting them back, at least I know somebody out there was enjoying them.

Starshine “The puzzle game that will blow your mind”… I’m up to level 14 before I got a headache.

The best thing to do with old and trash vinyl – I would definitely do this is I had any vinyl laying around. When I was growing up cassette tapes were being phased out for cds.

VLADSTUDIO – Everyone knows your desktop background is the only way to show co-workers (and laptop thieves) your inner self…. whatever. I like the desktop backgrounds here and they offer dual monitor backgrounds too (which I use with my desktop).

On the Lot: First Date – Humorous short film depicting a first date and what you’ve always wanted to say.

This news segment is hilarious. A cop steals marijuana and bakes it into brownies with his wife.

“Friday unwinds” are a series of posts where I post things I find interesting that generally have nothing to do with personal finance or making money. Money and finance can’t on your mind 24/7. It’s friday and the start of the weekend… the market is closed, so RELAX and enjoy some cool stuff.

Escapa! This is a basic game with blocks where the goal is to move the red block around inside the black box while the blue boxes move around in ever increasing speed. The information on the page supposedly says you’re a genius if you past 18 seconds. I highly doubt this is true as the blocks move in rather predictable movements and you should be able to pass 18 seconds in 3 or 4 tries. Check it out here.

The Line Rider game is basically where you use your physics prowess to draw lines and a “line rider” rides your lines. Simple yet the possibilities are crazy. Check out this video below. At first I wasn’t too impressed then I tried out the game and realized the hours they must have spent doing this.
