A carnival is basically a collection of posts from various bloggers. It’s called a carnival because it moves from blog to blog depending on who is willing to host it.
It’s all in preliminary stages right now but the first edition is set to go live with Blog Action Day 2008 which deals with poverty. Give me a couple days to setup everything and I’ll post an update.
